Chitwan National Park

Chiwan National Park has covered 932 Sq. K.M, situated at terai lowland belt of Nepal and around four drive and 30 minute flight from Kathmandu. The park established and protected as National Park in 1973.

UNESCO declared the park a World Heritage Site in 1984. We can find around 600 plant species, 50 mammals, 526 birds and 49 amphibians including one horned rhinoceros and Royal Bangle Tiger inside the park.

The park has been developing for animal protection and offering Jungle Safari Holiday including bird watching.

There are many lodge, hotel and camp inside and around the Chitwan National Park providing comfortable accommodation.
