Lower Dolpo Trek

The Upper Dolpo trek is lies in far western part of Nepal in Shey-Phoksundo National Park. This trek is in restricted area so we have to receive special permit to do this trek. This trek is categorized as hard and difficulty trek. The physical condition of the trekker should be well and should have some previous walking experience in mountain but it does not need any technical experience. Upper Dolop trek can be organized only camping and you have to sleep in the tent only. You can enjoy seeing the deepest lake "Phokshendu" of Nepal during this trek. The main attraction of this trek is Landscape, lake, water fall, blue sheep and many more.

Day 01: Fly Kathmandu to Nepalgunj
Day 02: Fly Nepalgunj to Jumla (Early in the morning) and Trek to Ghotichaur
Day 03: Trek Ghotichaur to Chutra
Day 04: Trek Chutra to Chaurikot (3000m)
Day 05: Trek Chaurighot to Kaigaun
Day 06: Trek Kaigaun to Garpung Khola
Day 07: Trek Garpung Khola to Kagmara phedi
Day 08: Trek Kagmara phedi to Kagmara pass (5115m) to Pungmi Kharka
Day 08: Trek Pungmi Kharka to Shey-Phoksundo Lake (3600m)
Day 10: Rest day at Shey-Phoksundo Lake for acclimatization and excursion
Day 11: Trek Shey-Phoksundo Lake to Baga~La phedi (5090m)
Day 12: Trek Baga~La phedi to Baga~La (5090m) pass to Num~La phedi
Day 13: Trek Num~La phedi to Num~La pass (5190m) to Tarap (4040m)
Day 14: Trek Tarap to Dho
Day 15: Trek Dho to Big cave (3600m)
Day 16: Trek Big cave to Lahini (3200m)
Day 17: Trek Lahini to Tarakot (2800m)
Day 18: Trek Tarakot to Dunai (2150m): Trek.
Day 19: Trek Dunai to Juphal (2500m)
Day 20: Fly from Juphal to Nepalgunj and Nepalgunj to Kathmandu.
